Patent

Through the tireless efforts of over 3,000 R&D personnel, VREMT has applied for over 1,200 patents in R&D, application, manufacturing, and pilot production, including over 697 invention patents. These patents cover core technologies such as battery cells, modules, packs, BMS, motor control, and energy storage products, with phased international patent applications underway.

Prüfkapazität

Das Elektrolabor von VREMT umfasst eine Gebäudefläche von 37.000 Quadratmetern und hat rund 300 Millionen Yuan in Prüfungsgeräte investiert. Derzeit sind 162 Prüfungs- und Supportmitarbeiter beschäftigt, darunter 106 Angestellte mit einem Bachelor-Abschluss oder höher (65 %), 130 Angestellte mit mehr als 5 Jahren Prüfungserfahrung (80 %) und ein Prüfexperte im Batteriebereich. Der Prüfungsbereich umfasst Materialien und Elektrochemie, Leistungsbatterien, elektronische Motorsteuerung, Ladesysteme, Energiespeichersysteme, elektromagnetische Verträglichkeit (EMV), Umweltzuverlässigkeitstests usw. Das Labor ist in der Lage, von der Materialebene über die Komponentenebene bis hin zur Systemkoordinationsebene Prüfungen durchzuführen, um inländische und ausländische Prüfnormen wie GB, ISO, UN, UL und ECE sowie Unternehmensstandards wie Geely, VOLVO und Lynk & Co zu erfüllen. Das Labor erfüllt die Anforderungen der Norm ISO/IEC 17025 und wurde von CNAS (China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment) und SQE (Geely Group) akkreditiert.  Außerdem erfüllt das Labor die Voraussetzungen für die TÜV UN-Vorschrift Nr. 100. Im Jahr 2021 wurde gemeinsam mit der Hangwan Power Supply Branch der State Grid Power Supply Company das „Ningbo Qianwan New Power System (Energy Storage) Joint Laboratory“ gegründet.
