VREMT will Release Energy Storage and Charging Ecological Products to Focus Pain Points
At present, the energy storage industry is facing outstanding development pain points such as safety issues and cost issues.
In the development of energy storage, safety is regarded as a core issue that needs to be solved first. In the past few years, many safety accidents occurred in both domestic and overseas energy storage power stations. According to the data of Qianzhan Industrial Research Institute, according to incomplete statistics, there were nine energy storage safety accidents happened in the world in 2021, among which the explosion accident of “4.16 Beijing Dahongmen energy storage power station” was caused by internal short circuit of lithium battery.
The cost problem is also one of the challenges in the energy storage technology at present. Taking lithium ion battery as an example, with the rapid progress of relevant technology and enhancement of mass production capacity, the production cost of lithium ion battery has been reduced, however, it is still relatively higher than that of other energy storage methods. According to the data provided by the Life Cycle Cost Analysis of Electrochemical Energy Storage and Pumped Energy Storage, the cost of lithium ion battery is obviously higher (i.e. 1.7 times) than that of pumped energy storage after comparing the life cycle cost of both energy storage methods.
Besides, the real limitations of slow, small and unstable data transmission at energy stations, slow charging speed and long charging time of new energy vehicles, insufficient energy storage and uneven energy distribution have always hindered the progress and development of the industry.

③ Resist: PCM phase change constant temperature protection and mica flame retardant materials can effectively prevent diffusion and spread of fire, resistance of up to 800-degree temperature, and non-conduction to adjacent battery packs after fire;
④ Treatment: The three-way and one-pipe fire extinguishing design with perfluorohexanone and water can realize final protection of green ecology, and integrated fire extinguishing and adding water can ensure no re-ignition within 24 h.
