Focus on new technologies and drive towards the future
On July 28, 2022, the 2022 annual working conference and technical seminar of the EVPTE, a new energy innovation month activity hosted by the testing branch of the society of Automotive Engineers of China and hosted by the new energy inspection center of the China automobile center, was held in Tianjin. The meeting mainly focused on the theme of "electric drive to the future", and was held in the way of online and offline synchronization. VREMT vehicle technology (Ningbo) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "VREMT") was invited to attend the meeting.
70 units including major new energy vehicle enterprises, parts enterprises, scientific research institutes and universities attended the meeting, and nearly 200 industry colleagues attended the meeting online. At the meeting, Huacheng Certification released the first batch of motor controller power safety "double" certification results, and issued the first batch of domestic "power safety star" certification certificates to VREMT.
Dr. Wang Haibing, an expert in the development of electric drive control in the Development Department of VREMT drive, attended the meeting and issued a thematic report on the practice and challenges of functional safety development of new energy vehicles on the safety related technologies of new energy vehicles. According to the safety development practice of VREMT drive system, it is proposed to adopt the system safety development concept to integrate the vehicle function safety, information safety and expected function safety, so as to improve the product safety; Using the big data cloud platform of Geely Group, we can conduct real-time online monitoring on the operation of the three electricity system, such as fault early warning, health evaluation, etc., to protect users' travel safety.
Dr. Wang Haibing and more than ten experts on the scene had an in-depth sharing and exchange on the standard dynamics, high-voltage trend, functional safety, oil development, new electric drive technology, SiC MOSFET chip, development of core components of electric drive, rotor temperature estimation technology, EMC testing and other directions of electric drive assembly, and determined the work direction of the next stage.
The certification project was jointly launched by Huacheng Certification and TÜV Rhine. After one certification, it obtained the "double" certificate from the domestic automobile certification authority and the internationally renowned certification authority. The group standard "t/csae 263-2022 test specification for fault injection of drive motor controller for electric vehicles" is adopted to verify the drive motor controller by fault injection. The project covers high voltage, function, signal, hardware and other aspects. Evaluating the torque safety level of drive motor controller in the whole scene will play a positive role in improving the performance of automotive electric drive products.
