Electric machine emulator, which is composed of hardware platform, motor model and measurement and control system, has the function of simulating the motor body and mechanical load. It can realize the simulation of the electrical characteristics of the motor port by controlling the power inverter device, and complete some test items that are not easy to realize in the traditional bench test, which can greatly speed up the research and development of the motor controller for new energy vehicles, At the same time, it will reduce the risk of the test and improve the repeatability of the test.
Motor simulator is a high-end testing equipment, which has been widely used by Mercedes Benz, BMW, Audi, Volkswagen, Toyota and other foreign parts and vehicle manufacturers. UMC, Delphi, NIO, China Automobile Research Institute and other enterprises all purchase imported products. Harbin Institute of technology takes the lead in realizing the first delivery in China, which can realize import substitution.
At the meeting, the two sides had in-depth exchanges on equipment technical principles, typical applications, solutions, test cases, cooperation modes and trend analysis. It is expected to further promote EDS and SiC test related cooperation and the pre research and cooperative development of dual motor simulators in the future, and further promote technological innovation in this field.
