The 3rd Shanghai International Charging Pile and Battery Swapping Station Exhibition concluded successfully on May 24, 2024. VREMT showcased its full range of charging ecosystem products, among which the mass-produced V3 - 800A ultra-fast liquid-cooled charging pile attracted great attention with its globally leading excellent performance.
VREMT held a technical forum on the theme of “Ultra-fast liquid-cooled high-current charging technology application and development” on site, sharing end-to-end solutions and practical cases in the charging scenario.
With outstanding corporate strength and innovation capabilities, VREMT has been awarded the “Top 10 Liquid-Cooled Ultra-Fast Charging Pile Brands in the Chinese Charging Industry for 2024” by the organizing committee.
800A ultra-fast liquid-cooled charging pile easily achieves “15-minute charging for a thousand kilometers”
At the exhibition, VREMT showcased its newly developed charging ecosystem product matrix, as well as the industry-leading “Microgrid+” charging ecosystem system solution. Currently, VREMT’s charging product matrix covers full power areas such as AC slow charging, DC fast charging, and ultra-fast charging.
Among them, the third-generation ultra-fast liquid-cooled charging product V3 under VREMT can output a maximum current of 800A, a maximum voltage of 1000V, and a single-gun peak power of 800kW, making it the highest single-gun output power liquid-cooled charging pile in the world, allowing users to truly achieve “ultra-fast liquid-cooled charging within fifteen minutes to shore up a thousand miles”.
V3 not only has the advantages of ultra-high charging current, ultra-long warranty life, ultra-low operating costs, and super environmental adaptability, but also has bidirectional charging and discharging functions (V2G), promoting the development of the “microgrid +” charging ecosystem.
Based on the technological accumulation of the third-generation Ultra-fast Charging product, VREMT has launched the GPC liquid-cooled supercharging platform for all operators. This product features high power, high intelligence, high compatibility, and high expansion. The maximum output power can support 600kW, with a maximum output current of 800A, achieving a charging experience comparable to refueling a gasoline vehicle.
At the VREMT site, a demonstration area for the “Microgrid+” charging ecosystem system for residential and public applications has been set up. The household scenario mainly includes orderly charging solutions for homes and self-owned buildings. Through smart meters, the charging equipment will adjust the charging power in real-time according to the residential electricity load. The microgrid charging system for public applications includes three major types: charging operator solutions, high-speed highway rapid replenishment solutions, and multi-type charging solutions for parks and buildings, providing a rich product lineup and diverse functions to meet the energy ecosystem needs of various scenarios.
Promoting the rapid development of new productive forces - VREMT ultra-fast liquid-cooled high-current charging technology on-site sharing
Moving towards the “new” has become an inevitable direction for social development, and accelerating the improvement of new productive forces is the inevitable result of high-quality development of China’s economy and society in the new era. At the exhibition site, VREMT held a special technical forum, where experts in the fields of VREMT brand marketing, charging pile management, energy storage development, etc., respectively shared topics on brand development, charging technology innovation and product layout, energy storage and charging solutions.
Dong Dong, Director of the ZEEKR Energy Products Department, attended as a guest and shared insights on the business integration between VREMT and ZEEKR. Dong Dong stated that ZEEKR has achieved industry leadership in the ultra-fast charging field, establishing the largest ultra-fast liquid-cooled charging network among Chinese charging brands. The VREMT HPC ultra-fast liquid-cooled charging platform has been widely used in ZEEKR’s ultra-fast charging stations, providing important support for the popularization of new energy vehicles.
As of April 30, 2024, the total number of ZEEKR energy ultra-charging stations reached 471 stations with 2547 chargers, helping ZEEKR become the car manufacturer with the largest number of self-built 800V ultra-fast charging piles.
Promoting industry applications and inclusiveness, VREMT officially launches regional distributor recruitment
Relying on Geely’s complete vehicle ecosystem, we collaborate with the upstream and downstream industries of new energy. At this exhibition, VREMT officially launched the “Regional Dealer Partner Recruitment” to actively promote the popularization of liquid-cooled supercharging.
Invited to participate in the Operator Development and Innovation Forum, Wang Cheng, the head of the charging pile management department of VREMT, delivered a speech on the topic of “Advantages Analysis of High-Quality Maintenance-Free Operation in the Ultra-Fast Charging System”. Wang emphasized that VREMT will provide electric vehicle charging equipment solutions for dealers from three aspects: “leading products, professional support, empowering growth”.
VREMT has signed cooperation agreements with Future Digital Technology Co., Ltd. and other companies to further deepen cooperation on charging ecosystem construction and jointly promote the high-quality development of the charging industry.
At the exhibition, Guo Shuibao, General Manager of the Automotive Electronics Division of VREMT, delivered a keynote speech on the opportunities and challenges of the liquid-cooled supercharging era, and was also awarded the “Top 10 Influential Figures Award” at the 10th China International Electric Vehicle Charging and Swapping Industry Conference by the organizing committee, in recognition of his outstanding contributions in the charging field.
