The 6th Shenzhen International Charging Station (Pile) and Power Exchange Technology Exhibition was held at Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center from September 6th to 8th, 2023. Highlight of the Exhibition: Charging Ecological Product Matrix
At this exhibition, VREMT mainly exhibited its charging ecosystem product matrix, supercharging technology platforms, and core energy storage products. It vividly demonstrated the diverse applications of different products in both the public charging ecosystem and the household charging ecosystem and presented the efficient energy replenishment process of VREMT supercharging piles in an immersive way.

Technical Analysis of Charging Pile
Current charging pile mainly consists of AC distribution, power conversion units, and charging connector outputs. Taking VREMT supercharging pile as an example, the AC power controlled by the distribution cabinet is input to the power cabinet and converted into DC power, which is then charged to the new energy vehicle through the charging gun of the charging terminal cabinet. During the entire energy transfer process, the charging power is limited by the smallest part of it, i.e. the charging gun.
Just like the tap water we use in our daily lives, although the water is obtained from places like reservoirs, the actual water flow rate depends on the size of the faucet in our homes.
VREMT Supercharging Pile
In 2022, VREMT launched the second generation 600kW liquid cooling supercharging pile, which has set a precedent in the industry by achieving a 300-kilometer increase in range with just a 5-minute charge. Except the exhibition of the first and second generations of the high-speed liquid cooling charging platform, VREMT also unveiled a brand-new generation of supercharging products with even greater power and enhanced functionality, bringing the industry closer to a “refueling-style” charging experience.
Furthermore, VREMT is committed to promoting the application of supercharging technology. The VREMT liquid cooling supercharging platform, GPC, also made its appearance at the booth, open to all charging service providers.
Features and Advantages of VREMT Charging Piles
Real Output and Efficient Replenishment
Although the overall system power of current charging stages can reach 360kW or even 480kW, the output of the charging gun in the terminal gun cabinet is only 125A-250A. If calculated based on the 400V voltage platform of passenger vehicles, the maximum charging power at the vehicle end can only exceed 100kW. Additionally, due to factors such as current distribution, gun cables, and charging machines, most of the charging piles deployed and used in the market cannot reach the specified maximum power.
VREMT supercharging pile adopts a split-type one-to-four configuration and utilizes liquid cooling ACDC technology, making it the first domestically produced and commercially operated liquid cooling supercharging product. VREMT’s gun cable design incorporates independently developed and industry-leading maintenance-free liquid cooling technology, with a charging gun output of up to 1000V/650A and a terminal output of up to 600kW, enabling users to experience the ultimate charging service and achieve rapid energy replenishment.

At the exhibition, VREMT has set up special experience zones such as supercharging interactive zone, home scene display zone, and public scene display zone to showcase the application of related products in different scenarios. Through 3D interactive experiences and APP online experiences, VREMT aims to enhance the public’s understanding and awareness of VREMT charging system.
In addition, VREMT will also showcase the “Microgrid+” local charging network solution and the “end-to-end customized service capability” at the exhibition. The VREMT “Microgrid+” local charging network solution can meet the charging needs of different power products in multiple scenarios, enhancing the rapid implementation of supercharging products while ensuring the efficient utilization of electric power energy. At the same time, VREMT provides customized solutions for customers in different scenarios and further promotes the development of urban-level regional charging layout.
“Microgrid+” Solution
The output power of charging pile is often affected by the load of the public grid, and microgrids can reduce such impact to some extent. VREMT’s “Microgrid+” charging ecosystem adopts a hierarchical architecture to form a “local” charging network. The power grid is not directly connected to the “local network”. The “local network” integrates diverse distributed power system (wind, solar, hydro system, etc.), uni/bi-direction charging facilities, energy storage system, lighting system, monitoring and security system, and Internet + Internet of Things communication system, as well as “Microgrid+” charging ecosystem management platform, which offers a rich product lineup and diversified functions to meet the energy ecological needs of various scenarios.
